Sunkissed Rapid Tan

Hi Hi Hi

Picture this. It's Friday night and your girls are all like "let's go out", you've just finished work and you have 2 hours to get yourself from drab to glamourzon. Pasty skin isn't what you want but your trusty fake tan takes over night to develop into a beautiful golden shade....HOLD UP what's this? Golden, glamorous tan...in 60 minutes?

Sunkissed Rapid Tan* is a sweet summer smelling tan that gives the illusion of a weeks worth of Ibiza tanning in 60 minutes flat. The formula is a lightweight mouse and trust me when I say that a little goes a long long way, so don't over do it. Another great point is that this tan is touch dry in less than 5 minutes flat, something that always puts me off tan's, I can't stand that sticky feeling that most give you.

I've previously tried and tested other Sunkissed tan's and this one is by far my favourite, the colour and the fast drying aspect of this one has really sealed the deal. My tan lasted around 4 days which for something so "rapid" I would expect, as it doesn't have as much time to sink into your skin.

Like all of Sunkissed tanning products, this contains Vitamin E and Aloe Vera to help moisturise your skin which aids a longer lasting tan. This tan also contains 0 parabens, and is 100% dermatologically approved.

Madame La La

Hey Hey Hey

Gone are the extra dark fake tans, we're saying hey yo to the natural look. Even the Towie girls have toned it down, which is saying something!

That orange face was never a good look Gem !!!

I'm road testing a gorgeous luxury tan by Madame LA LA called Light Self Tan Mousse*. From the first look I fell in love with this tan, the packaging is stunning and the smell...my god the smell is to die for! It's just like Cocoa Butter!
Another fabulous thing about Madame La La is that it's Cruelty Free, but it's also free from Alcohol, Parabens, Talc and Synthetic Fragrances just to name a few.

Madame LA LA claim that this tan provides an instant LA glow that develops into an even sun-kissed colour in 3 hours. The light formula offers a subtle glow for paler skin tones. The tan itself is a quick dry DD Tan Perfecter (Dynamic Do-All) infused with hydrating skincare benefits; Coco Water, Aloe, Green Tea and Vitamin E, plus built in skin finishing protectors. Innovative technology ensures your tan looks natural whilst adapting to your individual skin tone. Madame La La Tan Light will last for 10 days as if you have spent 2 weeks on a Malibu beach!

So, the question is...does it do what it says on the tin?

Yes...Yes it does! I am so happy with the colour this tan has given me, it really does look like I've been sunning myself on Venice Beach.

Sunkissed

Hello beautiful people

"If you can't tone it, tan it"

Fake tan isn't something I usually rave about but I do actually really love having a toasted look to my skin occasionally.

On my search for a good but inexpensive tan I stumbled across the brand Sunkissed, I opted for the Mousse in the shade Dark* & one of their tanning mitts*.

First of all the smell of this tan is divine, you'll think you're on your holibobs drinking cocktails with the sweet sweet sweet coconut scent. It goes on like a dream and there is minimal effort when applying, a couple of slathers and you're good to go.
Oh that's another thing, this tan dries really really quick which for me is so important when applying
tan!

The results I had with just one layer of this tan were insane! As you can see from my before photo, I'm pretty pale and I choose to stay out of the sun for health reasons.
When I go for a tan I do like a really dark look but this one has given me a dark but still subtle glow, which in my opinion actually looks pretty damn natural (I naturally tan this shade).

The tan claims to last up to 5 days if looked after well, I can confirm that I have had my full 5 days and it's still going strong!!

The new face & body of Sunkissed is Lucy Meck from TOWIE, so if you want more reference just check out some latest photos of her rocking the Sunkissed range! (tip, her fave is the same as this!)

Sunkissed products can be purchased in many places & on their website here

HAUL TIME !!

Hello beautiful people;

It's official, I cannot stop buying things!! But now I seem to be saying "Francesca you need things to blog about now, so this is completely acceptable", I am right in thinking that aren't I?
YouTube is my biggest downfall, I see someone use something and I just HAVE to own it. Plus my staff discount makes things so much easier to justify!

Lets get onto the haul then!
I took a little trip to Birmingham & as expected I found myself in Debenhams trying to spend my money, I had a browse around Chanel, YSL and Benefit but nothing caught my eye so I practically sprinted to Urban Decay. On the front counter I saw some beautiful red labels with the word SALE on them. Well didn't my little heart go mad!
I ended up just coming away with one item as I already own most of what is in the sale and that is one of the 24/7 eye shadow pencil's in Clash, a beautiful vibrant sky blue shade. These eye shadow pencils are in the process of being discontinued so they're only £9.80 at the moment! I love them because they're basically a chubby 24/7 liner!!
I also re-purchased a handbag sized All Nighter setting spray which is by far the best setting spray I've ever used, the full size is £20 and the handbag size is a mere £9!! It's worth trying out for just £9! Whilst stood at the till I spotted a handbag sized b6 complexion spray. In a nutshell it reduces redness and pore size, plus helps to absorb oil. I will be doing a full review soon!

The next day I had a little stroll into the town where I live in look for some new skincare, I kind of had in mind what I wanted so I took myself to lush! I wasn't a huge fan of Lush but my lord these two products have converted me! I pick up the Oatifix face mask to hydrate my skin and the Angels on Bare Skin cleanser/exfoliant. They both smell divine, Oatifix smells like flapjack!!
Must haves for dry skin sufferers!
Again, I couldn't help myself but to have a browse in Debs and strangely I found myself at the Lancome counter. I ended up purchasing another sale item which is the Flash Bronzer, it's a gradual tanning gel for your face! I'm yet to try this so keep your eyes peeled for a review coming soon!
On the way home I "accidentally" passed Space NK and naturally I couldn't resist a peek at the Nars counter, and yes I went home with one of their Radiant Creamy Concealers in Custard (god I love that name!!).
